1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website, joining the MindCosmos waitlist, booking a session with Avery, or using the MindCosmos app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service Is

Talk to Avery provides two related things: (1) private one-on-one guidance sessions with Avery, and (2) MindCosmos, a companion app offering conversational support, private journaling, and a release space called The Between. The Service is built around presence, reflection, and gentle guidance — it is a wellness and personal-growth offering, not a clinical or medical one. See Section 4.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly offer the Service to minors.

4. Not Medical or Mental Health Care

MindCosmos and Talk to Avery are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, or counseling. Avery is not, unless separately and explicitly stated, a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist, or medical provider acting in that capacity through this Service. Nothing provided through the Service — including Companion's responses, Tarot or numerological content, or anything discussed in a session with Avery — should be understood as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, or as deterministic prediction of your future.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please see the crisis notice above. If you have an ongoing mental health condition, please continue working with a licensed professional — this Service is meant to sit alongside that care, not replace it.

We respect your free will and right to self-determination. Nothing in this Service is intended to pressure, manipulate, or make decisions on your behalf.

5. Accounts

Once MindCosmos is live, you may use the app as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Some information (like your name and birthday) is explicitly optional — the app is designed to work fully without it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive toward Avery, our team, or other users.
• Attempt to harass, threaten, or exploit Avery or anyone else through the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the app's technology.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity when booking a session.
• Use the Service to attempt to harm yourself or others — if you are in that situation, please see the crisis notice above instead.

7. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

8. Intellectual Property

The Talk to Avery and MindCosmos names, logos, and all site/app content we create (except your own personal content) belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Anything you write in Journal, or discuss with Companion, remains yours — we don't claim ownership over your personal content, and (as described in our Privacy Policy) content in The Between is never saved at all.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular outcome for you. Spiritual, reflective, and guidance-oriented content (including Tarot, numerology, and I Ching-based reflections) is offered for personal insight and reflection — not as fact, prediction, or professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talk to Avery and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. 11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms, particularly Section 6 (Acceptable Use), or if we reasonably believe continued access poses a safety risk to Avery, our team, or other users.
